Today many immunity are low due to sleeping late and not having quality rest set apart for the temple of Holy Spirit. Have we broken the fourth commandment? A rhema word to remind us that we are accountable for our bodies. 1 Corinthians 3:17 Setting apart rest is a lifestyle that follows Christ’s.
Prayer: O Lord my God, lead me into your divine order of rest that my body regains its strength, immunity and vitality in obedience. Set me apart from all media distractions, late nights and unhealthy habits that destroys your temple. Fill my life with your life on earth as it is in heaven, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Therefore let all the faithful pray to you while you may be found; surely the rising of the mighty waters will not reach them.”
Praying in the Spirit keeps us in the realm of victory through the hope of glory who is in Christ Jesus, our Lord, Savior and Healer. All His goodness and loving kindness shall follow us all the days of our lives as we dwell in the house of Lord forever. He lifts up His countenance upon us and gives us His peace and favor.
Prayer: O Lord my God, you are my shield and my rampart, my strength and my fortress. In you I find faith, love and hope which never fails. You anoint my head with oil till my cup runs over with everlasting joy of my salvation that breaks all yokes of infirmities, in Jesus Name, Amen.

When we choose to trust God with all our hearts, and lean not on our own understanding, He directs our path with His providence. Proverbs 3:5 Learn to quieten our soul and let the Lord speak into our mind, our hearts and our body. Prayer is not just speaking but listening to God’s voice of healing, wisdom and restitution.
Prayer: O Lord my God, your sheep hears your voice, you know me and I shall follow you. Let your word bring healing and strength, as I make you my refuge and hiding place. No weapons form against me shall prosper, and in your presence there is joy, in Jesus Name, Amen.

He knows our past, pain and problems for the chastisement of peace was upon Him at the Cross. He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 For by His stripes, we are healed and redeemed by His blood. Isaiah 53:5
Prayer: O Lord my God, your grace is sufficient for me and I choose to trust and rejoice in your everlasting love and life for me. For greater is you in me than the enemy and my soul shall prosper in Christ as my body prosper, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me. You, Lord, brought me up from the realm of the dead; you spared me from going down to the pit.” Psalms 30:2-3 NIV Our life is in the hands of our almighty God, our creator and giver of life.
God hears the calling in prayers in times of help. Our vulnerability to the Lord opens our accessibility to His helping hand. His Word gives life and spirit for our restoration and rest. Our bended knee hands our health battles to God in intercession, for He will fight for us as witness to His grace.
Prayer: O Lord my God, my help comes from you the maker of the heavens and the earth. You who watches over me will not slumber or sleep. Thank you for giving me breath, strength and peace daily by your bread of life, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! Let it be done just as you believed it would.” And his servant was healed at that moment.” Matthew 8:13 NIV Faith is the substance of things hope for and the evidence of things unseen.
To the world seeing is believing but to the Kingdom of God, believing is seeing. By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. Hebrews 11:3
Prayer: O Lord my God, I choose to believe and trust in your Word, who sanctifies my spirit, soul and body. Healing is your children’s bread of life and portion. Every strongholds shall come down and all bondages shall be broken in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.” Psalms 59:16 NIV The product of worship is experiencing spiritual joy in the Lord, who gives us strength.
King David’s healing was found in worship. Spiritual joy is eternal in Christ and different from happiness which is temporal. The Oil of joy is the anointing that breaks the yoke of depression, sickness and illness. Isaiah 61:3 Worship is to bow before the Lord and rest in His arms of grace, delighting in His holy presence.
Prayer: O Lord my God, I will sing of your love forever, over the mountains and the seas. Your rivers of life runs in love for me and I will open up my heart and let the healer set me free. I am joyful in your truth and I will daily lift my hands to worship of your love that came down, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “By stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.” Acts 4:30 NKJV There is healing in the Name of Jesus, for it’s only by His grace, we are saved.
Faith is the stretching out our hand towards Jesus like the man at the beautiful gate, who was lame since birth for 40 years, was miraculously healed when Peter spoke, held and lifted him by the Lord’s Name. It was the hour of prayer as well as the miracle.
Prayer: O Lord my God, no infirmities is too difficult for your divine healing, and no problems is bigger than your divine promises. Let thy sheep hear your voice daily, and I believe there is breakthrough in your Name. Lift me up with your mighty right hand, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.” Psalms 23:6 NKJV God’s will is for us be well and whole in both our mind and heart, to experience His grace in health and restoration.
Prayer reminds us of God’s kindness and compassion, filling our thoughts, words, actions and emotions with His Word and Spirit. His grace is sufficient for us. 2 Corinthians 12:9 We find strength in Him in time of our weakness or sickness. He makes us an overcomer over all infirmities, healed by His touch and to testify His goodness. Glory to God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, your house and your presence is my delight and desire, to seek your face and to encounter your grace. Anoint me with your healing oil that my cup shall runs over with joy and strength in spirit, restoring my soul and body, in Jesus Name, Amen.

God’s word will not turn back void and is powerful to cleanse us and cast out all infirmities. Mark 1:42 He prospers our soul and gives strength to our bodies. 3 John 2 Prayer with God’s word evokes the spirit man into faith, liberty and freedom. Christ is our healer yesterday, today and forever.
Prayer: O Lord my God, heal us of all anguish, impetuous and pride. May the Love of God fill my heart in prayer, petitions and thanks. Let me be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength.” Isaiah 40:29 NKJV Healing manifest in the realm of the Spirit. Prayer in spirit sets our mind on Christ with the mind of Christ.
The renewal of our mind is not just changing our thoughts, it is being led by the Holy Spirit completely to our spirit man with spiritual encounters. Prayer releases God’s peace which is able to calm our nerves, still our emotions, normalize our blood pressure and give restoration to our bodies with new strength.
Prayer: O Lord my God, renew my mind with your peace and lead me by your Holy Spirit. Touch me Lord with your mighty hand and raise me up from all weakness or sickness. Break all strongholds and bondages, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.” Proverbs 4:22 NKJV Giving vision of our sight and voice of our heart to the Word of God, reveals the glory of God, who is Christ our healer and provider.
Faith comes from professing and hearing the Word of God in our spirit man. Romans 10:17 For God works in ways we cannot see and He can make all things new for us. Pay attention to the Word daily as the Holy Spirit leads us in restoration and restitution, in health and wellness.
Prayer: O Lord my God, you are my savior, provider and healer. Nothing is impossible for you. Deliver me from all fear, stress and anxiety; heal me of all infirmities and weaknesses. Renew my mind. For I shall put all my trust, faith and focus on you alone, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “The end of a thing is better than its beginning; The patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.” Ecclesiastes 7:8 NKJV Fruit of the Spirit brings health and mental wellness for our soul. Pride always brings anger, but Patience always brings peace.
Do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, For anger rests in the bosom of fools. Ecclesiastes 7:9 We need to be led by the Holy Spirit daily to be more like Christ and be fruitful, calm and wise which lower our blood pressure and toxins. Love covers multitude of sins in forgiveness and humility. 1 Peter 4:8

A hardened heart is like a soil which needs to be loosen in breaking the fallow ground in order for the seeds, which is the word of God to be planted and watered by righteousness. Hosea 10:12 Healing of the heart is most vital for spiritual, emotional, mental and physical wellness.
Prayer: O Lord my God, change my heart and make it pure that I could see you. Renew my mind and restore my soul, for I shall find my rest under your wings of healing. Raise me up with your wings like eagles, that I shall run and not feel weary, walk and shall not faint in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.” Isaiah 58:8 NKJV There is breakthroughs in fasting and praying.
Prophet Isaiah speaks of the type of fasting that pleases God and brings providence to the poor and healing to the sick. Fasting breaks our flesh and brings us in deeper dependency on God through Christ in the Spirit. It turns our hearts to the missional works of Jesus.
Prayer: O Lord my God, lead me in prayer, fasting and blessing. As I draw close to you, draw close to me. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from your presence and take not your holy spirit away from me. Restore unto me the joy of your salvation, strength and healing in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.” Isaiah 60:2 NIV Jesus is the way, the truth and the life for His glory brings healing.
Sickness brings darkness but His Holy Spirit brings glorious light into our minds and heart. For great is the love of God which is higher than the heavens and His faithfulness reaches to the skies. When we exalt the Name of the Lord, His glory reveals and heals. Colossians 1:27
Prayer: O Lord my God, cover me in your glorious light and let it bring life into my spirit, soul and body. As I make the most high my dwelling place, no evil shall befall upon me and no plague shall come near my tent, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, nor will you let your faithful one see decay.” Psalms 16:9-10 NIV God is faithful in all His word and works of wonders.
Faithfulness in prayer brings fruitfulness in the spirit. God’s word is like a river of living waters, cleansing our spirit, soul and body. John 7:48 His presence is like a mighty fortress where we are secured and safe by His right hand. He delivers us from all fear, anxiety and stress daily, which hinders healing. Psalm 34:4 Peace be with you.
Prayer: O Lord my God, wash me from all my sin, iniquities and transgressions. Sanctify my spirit, soul and body with your holy word. Fill me with your Spirit, that quickens me in faith and let my tongue rejoices in your healing touch of grace, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness.” Romans 8:10 NIV Sickness in the fallen world is not the original plan of God so let us not be deceived by the devil. We need the witness in the Spirit of God.
Jesus said, “I come so that they may have life and life to the full.” Whatever challenges we are facing, Christ is greater in us.” In any battles, the key is to have faith in surrendering all to God in prayer, petitions and even thanksgiving because of the Cross and His resurrection. It is the Spirit of God that heals us and remind us of His miracles, signs and wonders which gives us hope.
Prayer: O Lord my God, remove all infirmities that are not from you in my body. Strengthen me with your Spirit and life that grant me your love, peace and joy in my spirit through your holy word. Sanctify me with your truth and may your truth of healing set me free. And who the son sets free is free indeed, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “The poor will eat and be satisfied; those who seek the Lord will praise him— may your hearts live forever!” Psalms 22:26 NIV Our heart is the foundation, condition and strength of life. It carries our love, trust and belief in the Lord daily.
Anger affects the health of our hearts and is toxicity to our spirit, soul and body. Rage also races the blood pressure and clots blood vessels. Therefore, healing our reactions is key to wellness and a pure heart shall see God. Our daily thanksgiving to God and people around us breaks offenses and brings humility, peace and joy within our spirit man.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let the heaven rejoice and the earth be glad that Christ is the joy of our strength. Break every strongholds of anger, rage, and resentment within me and heal my heart. Forgive me of all my anguish and release me into your everlasting joy of salvation and peace. Heal my broken heart, and bind up all wounds, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.” Psalms 19:14 NIV The discipline of the tongue is critical for healing, especially our inner voices.
Confession and believing in Christ deliver us from our careless words and wrong thoughts. Healing always begins with the heart of repentance. No one living in Zion will say, “I am ill”; and the sins of those who dwell there will be forgiven.” Isaiah 33:24 Hence, guard our hearts and tongues.
Prayer: O Lord my God, forgive me if I had spoken words that is not pleasing to you. Lead me in the language of your Holy Spirit and let my tongue not depart from your Holy Word. May the word of your healing, restoration and reconciliation be like rivers of living waters cleansing me inside out, in Jesus Name, Amen.
