Today’s Inspiration: “The end of a thing is better than its beginning; The patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.” Ecclesiastes‬ ‭7‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Fruit of the Spirit brings health and mental wellness for our soul. Pride always brings anger, but Patience always brings peace.

Do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, For anger rests in the bosom of fools. Ecclesiastes‬ ‭7‬:‭9‬ ‭We need to be led by the Holy Spirit daily to be more like Christ and be fruitful, calm and wise which lower our blood pressure and toxins. Love covers multitude of sins in forgiveness and humility. 1 Peter 4:8

Prayer: O Lord my God, heal us of all anguish, impetuous and pride. May the Love of God fill my heart in prayer, petitions and thanks. Let me be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger, in Jesus Name, Amen.
