Keeping our minds, hearts and mouth on the Word and Spirit, brings life, wellness and strength to the soul.
Walking by faith is trusting God who is invisible to do the impossible. It begins by believing in His promises in the scriptures and Lordship over our lives in surrender. Results and outcomes belongs to God, and our part is to pray, trust and obey Him. Shalom!
Prayer: O Lord my God, your word is Spirit and is life. You were wounded for my transgressions, you were bruised for my iniquities; The chastisement for my peace was upon You at the Cross And by your stripes I am healed, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Christ is the bread of life, the Word that heals us and gives us life abundantly.
When we delight in the Word of the Lord, and meditates on his Word day and night. We shall be like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever we do prospers.”Psalms 1:2-3
Prayer: O Lord my God, prosper my soul with thy word as my body also prospers in health and wellness. Let my eyes be in your light and salvation, I shall not fear. For you are my strength and healer, I shall not be afraid, in Jesus Name, Amen.

The foundation of our life is on Christ and His word as our testimony. The greatest joy is to testify of His healing grace with thanksgiving in our hearts.
God will not abandon us to the realm of the dead, nor will He let you faithful one see decay. He makes known to us the path of life; He will fill us with joy in His presence, with eternal pleasures at His right hand. Psalms 16:10-11 A thanksgiving heart is a healing, joyful and healthy heart.
Prayer: Oh Lord my God, I thank you for the forgiveness of my sins. You are my Jehovah Rapha who has healed me in all critical times. The joy of my salvation in Christ is my hope, strength and protection. I shall testify of your goodness all the days of my life. May my prayer, restoration and healing be your miraculous testimony forever and ever, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Let the words of our mouth and meditation of our hearts be in Christ as we pray and seek His face. Waiting time is working time of the Holy Spirit.
Praying in the Spirit and His Word removes fear in our minds and hearts with His divine peace, which surpasses all knowledge and understanding. Philippians 4:7 Don’t be anxious but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.”2 Peter 3:18
Prayer: O Lord my God, in you I shall put my trust for the glory belongs to you for my healing. Break all generational iniquities, transgressions and infirmities at the Cross of Calvary and may the precious blood of Jesus Christ forgive all my sins, remove all roots of sickness and restore my body by your stripes, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Trying times are trusting times in the Lord by His Word.
Our creator is also our healer, deliverer and provider. 1 Peter 2:24 He shall provide all our needs and be our help in times of troubles. Only Him can give us divine peace to govern our mind and heart in Christ. Ask Him and it shall be given, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you. Matthew 7:7
Prayer: O Lord my God, you are my light and salvation, I shall not fear. You are my stronghold and strength, I shall not be afraid. You are the hope of glory and longevity whom I trust and I believe, for by your stripes I am healed from the inside out, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Trying times are also trusting times in God and His word.
God remembers our sufferings, sadness and sickness, and He is mindful of our prayers. He says,” Draw close to me and I will draw close to you.” James 4:7 Put your trust in me and see I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.”Isaiah 49:16 He will protect and preserve us as we pray.
Prayer: O Lord my God, I cast all my cares and conditions to you. For you are my refuge and healer. I believe you took all my sins and sickness to the Cross two thousand years ago, for the chastisement of my peace was upon you. By your stripes and mercy, I am healed and it is well for my soul, in Jesus Name, Amen.

The first voice of the day must be the Lord’s in prayer for restoration.
Humility and repentance is the pathlight for healing. Bitterness dries the bones, anger oppresses the heart, and unforgiveness grieves the spirit with pride. But when we humble before the Lord, He lifts us up in reconciliation, new strength and restoration. James 4:10
Prayer: O Lord my God, whatever that is not from you in thoughts, emotions and actions, I refute them and forgive me from all sins, iniquities and transgressions as I forgive others who have sinned against me. Let my offering be pleasing to you with clean hands and pure hearts, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Hope is light in the spiritual realm which comes through prayers.
Learning to pray and declare God’s word daily keeps us walking in His light, for when our eyes are filled with light, so does the whole body and health. Matthew 6:22 Nothing can come against hope in Christ, the hope of glory in healing. All darkness and infirmities has to flee.
Prayer: O Lord my God, my hope is in you alone. For you are my strength and my refuge, my light and salvation, whom shall I fear. Your word is my medicine. The Lord is my stronghold and rampart, whom shall I be afraid. I choose to speak healing, health and wellness to my body despite all situations, for by Jesus Stripes, I am healed and well for my soul, in Jesus Name, Amen.

God’s word is a living word that changes our vision, our voices and our value with hope, faith and love.
Praying in the spirit is only the beginning journey of healing our minds and cleansing our tongues. Until the Holy Spirit speaks, then out of our hearts and spirit shall release His rhema word of living waters, to heal our dry parched soul, bind our wounds, forgive our sins and renew our strength. John 7:38
Prayer: O Lord my God, lead and lift me with your mighty right hand as I pray, bow and wait upon you. Release your word to my spirit, soul and body. In your presence, there is divine providence, peace and power to heal, redeem and restore in fullness of health for my body and wellness in my mind, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Healing is related to our immunity, mind and emotional stability.
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. II Timothy 1:7 Our faith is forged in prayer, petitions and thanksgiving to God and He promised that His peace which is supernatural shall govern our minds and hearts in Jehovah Rapha, our Lord and healer. Philippians 4:6-7
Prayer: O Lord my God, in your presence there is perfect love, peace and joy. For you have overcome the world by the Cross and your resurrection so that we may receive the Holy Spirit, the giver of faith, healing and miracles. I believe you are my glad tidings, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Don’t quench the spirit with our own strength, thoughts and flesh but rather surrender to God our fears, weakness and cares in the Spirit.
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Psalms 73:26 Healing is a journey that is directed by God, performed by God, and changed by God through the Holy Spirit. Obedience is the key to experience His presence and peace. Learning to talk to Him, hear Him and obey Him, brings divine exchanges of restoration and renewal.
Prayer: O Lord my God, may the words of my mouth and meditation of my heart be pleasing to you in obedience to your word. Renew my mind with your holy word and restore my soul with your Holy Spirit. Let me be like a tree planted by your healing river of life day and night, in Jesus Name, Amen.

The faith among the friends who lowered the paralysed man was seen by Jesus who spoke to him and was healed.
There are times when we might not have faith but God can use the people around us in the spiritual family. Matthew 18:20 Today the greatest challenge is isolation from friends, church, and prayers. There is strong anointing for corporate faith in healing and deliverance.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let your words of healing be spoken as we gather to pray. We believe you are in our midst and your presence is tangible of power with you. Let every repentance brings restoration in Jesus Name, Amen.

Hope is the beacon for healing in the Lord.
If God can bring water out of the rock, and manna in the wilderness, there is nothing He would not do for those who love, trust and follow Him. Hope in Christ renews our mind and leaves no room for fear but perfect love in His Word. 1 John 4:18 Prayer reminds us of His promises and worship draws us into His presence for strength. Isaiah 40:31
Prayer: O Lord my God, despite all odds and darkness, you and your word is the lamp to my feet and light to my path. Delight in the Lord for He shall fulfils the desires of your heart in Jesus Name, Amen.

Believing in Christ is the substance and evidence of our faith that witnesse healing from the inside out.
Faith manifest healing in the language of the Holy Spirit. When we pray in the Spirit, our dependency is not longer on self but on God. He draws us from darkness and sickness into His marvelous light and miracles. He is the hope of glory and joy of strength.
Prayer: O Lord my God, all things will fade away but your word shall last forever. As the deer pants for the waters so does my soul longs for you. Let me be a tree planted by your river, producing fruit with leaves of healing, in Jesus Name, Amen.

“I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord.”Jeremiah 30:17 NIV God has not given us a spirit of fear but the Spirit of power, love and a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
His desire is to heal all our wounds physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
Fear, anxiety and stress can reduce our immunity and affects our restoration. Negative words can hinder our minds to believe in God and frustrations can doubt God’s word in unbelief. Therefore first surrender our hearts to God. Trust Him with all our hearts and not lean not on our own understanding. His healing is in His Word. Only believe.
Prayer: O Lord my God, whatever I am going through you are in control and on the throne. You took all my sins, sadness and sickness to the Cross. My life is not mine but yours. Heal me and I shall be healed, save me and I shall be saved, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Peace brings unity of our Spirit and heart with God. Surrendering to God brings healing to our soul by faith.
Our Lord strengthens us when we give ourselves to His Word and Holy Spirit. When we humble ourselves, God will lift us up. James 4:10 When we wait upon Him in prayer, He strengthens and sanctifies our spirit, soul and body. Isaiah 40:31
Prayer: O Lord my God, I believe you have the plans for me, plans to prosper my soul and not to harm, and to give me hope and future in healing. Restore unto me the hope of my salvation and wellness to my mind and body, for by your stripes I am healed in Jesus, Amen.

Seeking the Lord requires full surrender of our hearts and minds in worship.
When we worship in spirit, it brings forth a total inward surrender of our hearts and conscience and when we worship in truth, it brings forth an outward transformation of our minds and actions. Prayer and worship ushers us into the presence of God, the joy and hope of our salvation, healing and restoration. Psalm 16:11
Prayer: O Lord my God, as I make the Lord my dwelling place, no evil shall befall upon me and no sickness shall come near my tent. For you shall put your angels charge over me and keep me from all my ways. You lift me up lest my foot strikes against a stone, in Jesus Name, Amen.

“Then he (Jesus) said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.”Luke 8:48 NIV
The woman with twelve years of bleeding was healed revealed that the healing touch of Christ through her faith.
Notice Jesus didn’t say His faith or others faith but her faith that got her healed. It is the point of contact with the Lord’s power. Luke 8:46 What increases our faith is the Word of God. Romans 10:17 When the woman heard about Christ, she was moved by faith to reach Him and was healed. Glory to God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, my faith is in you alone who is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in love. I believe a touch on you and from you, I shall be healed. I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done, in Jesus Name, Amen.
