Today’s Inspiration: “He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength.” Isaiah 40:29 NKJV Healing manifest in the realm of the Spirit. Prayer in spirit sets our mind on Christ with the mind of Christ.
The renewal of our mind is not just changing our thoughts, it is being led by the Holy Spirit completely to our spirit man with spiritual encounters. Prayer releases God’s peace which is able to calm our nerves, still our emotions, normalize our blood pressure and give restoration to our bodies with new strength.
Prayer: O Lord my God, renew my mind with your peace and lead me by your Holy Spirit. Touch me Lord with your mighty hand and raise me up from all weakness or sickness. Break all strongholds and bondages, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.” Proverbs 4:22 NKJV Giving vision of our sight and voice of our heart to the Word of God, reveals the glory of God, who is Christ our healer and provider.
Faith comes from professing and hearing the Word of God in our spirit man. Romans 10:17 For God works in ways we cannot see and He can make all things new for us. Pay attention to the Word daily as the Holy Spirit leads us in restoration and restitution, in health and wellness.
Prayer: O Lord my God, you are my savior, provider and healer. Nothing is impossible for you. Deliver me from all fear, stress and anxiety; heal me of all infirmities and weaknesses. Renew my mind. For I shall put all my trust, faith and focus on you alone, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “The end of a thing is better than its beginning; The patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.” Ecclesiastes 7:8 NKJV Fruit of the Spirit brings health and mental wellness for our soul. Pride always brings anger, but Patience always brings peace.
Do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, For anger rests in the bosom of fools. Ecclesiastes 7:9 We need to be led by the Holy Spirit daily to be more like Christ and be fruitful, calm and wise which lower our blood pressure and toxins. Love covers multitude of sins in forgiveness and humility. 1 Peter 4:8
Prayer: O Lord my God, heal us of all anguish, impetuous and pride. May the Love of God fill my heart in prayer, petitions and thanks. Let me be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.” Isaiah 58:11 NKJV
A hardened heart is like a soil which needs to be loosen in breaking the fallow ground in order for the seeds, which is the word of God to be planted and watered by righteousness. Hosea 10:12 Healing of the heart is most vital for spiritual, emotional, mental and physical wellness.
Prayer: O Lord my God, change my heart and make it pure that I could see you. Renew my mind and restore my soul, for I shall find my rest under your wings of healing. Raise me up with your wings like eagles, that I shall run and not feel weary, walk and shall not faint in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.” Isaiah 58:8 NKJV There is breakthroughs in fasting and praying.
Prophet Isaiah speaks of the type of fasting that pleases God and brings providence to the poor and healing to the sick. Fasting breaks our flesh and brings us in deeper dependency on God through Christ in the Spirit. It turns our hearts to the missional works of Jesus.
Prayer: O Lord my God, lead me in prayer, fasting and blessing. As I draw close to you, draw close to me. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from your presence and take not your holy spirit away from me. Restore unto me the joy of your salvation, strength and healing in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.” Isaiah 60:2 NIV Jesus is the way, the truth and the life for His glory brings healing.
Sickness brings darkness but His Holy Spirit brings glorious light into our minds and heart. For great is the love of God which is higher than the heavens and His faithfulness reaches to the skies. When we exalt the Name of the Lord, His glory reveals and heals. Colossians 1:27
Prayer: O Lord my God, cover me in your glorious light and let it bring life into my spirit, soul and body. As I make the most high my dwelling place, no evil shall befall upon me and no plague shall come near my tent, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, nor will you let your faithful one see decay.” Psalms 16:9-10 NIV God is faithful in all His word and works of wonders.
Faithfulness in prayer brings fruitfulness in the spirit. God’s word is like a river of living waters, cleansing our spirit, soul and body. John 7:48 His presence is like a mighty fortress where we are secured and safe by His right hand. He delivers us from all fear, anxiety and stress daily, which hinders healing. Psalm 34:4 Peace be with you.
Prayer: O Lord my God, wash me from all my sin, iniquities and transgressions. Sanctify my spirit, soul and body with your holy word. Fill me with your Spirit, that quickens me in faith and let my tongue rejoices in your healing touch of grace, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness.” Romans 8:10 NIV Sickness in the fallen world is not the original plan of God so let us not be deceived by the devil. We need the witness in the Spirit of God.
Jesus said, “I come so that they may have life and life to the full.” Whatever challenges we are facing, Christ is greater in us.” In any battles, the key is to have faith in surrendering all to God in prayer, petitions and even thanksgiving because of the Cross and His resurrection. It is the Spirit of God that heals us and remind us of His miracles, signs and wonders which gives us hope.
Prayer: O Lord my God, remove all infirmities that are not from you in my body. Strengthen me with your Spirit and life that grant me your love, peace and joy in my spirit through your holy word. Sanctify me with your truth and may your truth of healing set me free. And who the son sets free is free indeed, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “The poor will eat and be satisfied; those who seek the Lord will praise him— may your hearts live forever!” Psalms 22:26 NIV Our heart is the foundation, condition and strength of life. It carries our love, trust and belief in the Lord daily.
Anger affects the health of our hearts and is toxicity to our spirit, soul and body. Rage also races the blood pressure and clots blood vessels. Therefore, healing our reactions is key to wellness and a pure heart shall see God. Our daily thanksgiving to God and people around us breaks offenses and brings humility, peace and joy within our spirit man.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let the heaven rejoice and the earth be glad that Christ is the joy of our strength. Break every strongholds of anger, rage, and resentment within me and heal my heart. Forgive me of all my anguish and release me into your everlasting joy of salvation and peace. Heal my broken heart, and bind up all wounds, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.” Psalms 19:14 NIV The discipline of the tongue is critical for healing, especially our inner voices.
Confession and believing in Christ deliver us from our careless words and wrong thoughts. Healing always begins with the heart of repentance. No one living in Zion will say, “I am ill”; and the sins of those who dwell there will be forgiven.” Isaiah 33:24 Hence, guard our hearts and tongues.
Prayer: O Lord my God, forgive me if I had spoken words that is not pleasing to you. Lead me in the language of your Holy Spirit and let my tongue not depart from your Holy Word. May the word of your healing, restoration and reconciliation be like rivers of living waters cleansing me inside out, in Jesus Name, Amen.

When we choose to worship instead of worrying and pray instead of procrastinating, God’s word separates our soul and our spirit, our joints and marrow, and judges our thoughts and attitudes of our heart. For whatever that is not from the Lord shall be removed, bringing repentance, rest and restoration.
Prayer: O Lord my God, my hope is in you Lord. Separate my sin and transgressions from me as far as the east is from the west. As I wait upon you in prayer and worship, shine your light and glory upon me that I may see you and find my healing restitution in your holy presence, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit.” Jude 1:20 NIV Praying in the spirit overcomes the flesh and procrastination. It breaks the strongholds in the mind and heaviness of the hearts.
Flesh and blood cannot inherit the heavens, nor perishable inherit the imperishable. 1 Corinthians 15:50 The Holy Spirit reveals the mystery of God and releases the power of God over our spirit, soul and body with His divine healing word. He casts out all our fears and gives us faith through His love. 2 Timothy 1:7
Prayer: O Lord my God, your divine word is spirit and is life to my spirit, soul and body. Let every root that is not planted by you in my body be uprooted and every yoke of sickness be broken by your anointing and power. For by your stripes I am healed, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Psalms 32:6 NIV Our God is El Roi and El Shama, the almighty God who sees, knows, hears and answers all who sought Him.
Prayer in the Spirit breaks all fears, anxieties and stress in our mind and heart. It is a language of healing and deliverance because it is the gift of the Holy Spirit. A praying heart is a thankful heart who rejoices in the Lord for His blessed assurance, grace and mercies that endures forever. We all need the crumbs of faith from Christ.
Prayer: O Lord my God, You are my hiding place and will protect me from trouble. Surrounded me with Your songs of deliverance and heal me of all sickness, heaviness and weakness. Restore in me the joy of your salvation and strengthen me with your Holy Spirit and heavenly hosts, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom.”2 Timothy 4:18 NIV Emotional and mental battles are spiritual when we face uncertainties. Healing and deliverance are God’s divine protection and promises.
Jesus said, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” John 10:10 God’s peace is able to crush the enemy, heal our wounds and deliver us from sin, oppression, anxieties and heaviness. Romans 16:20 His divine word sets us free from the enemy’s bondages and strongholds.
Prayer: O Lord my God, your divine protection, healing and deliverance is my portion and your word is the light to my path. With your mighty right hand holding me, I shall not stumble and fall. Strengthen me with your Holy Spirit and grant me thy peace, that governs my mind and heart for good health, in Jesus Name, Amen.

The power of prayer is knowing who God is, who we are to Him and who takes care of us. Jesus taught, “Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?” Matthew 6:26 God’s Peace shall be with you.
Prayer: O Lord my God, You who watch over us do not slumber nor sleep. The sun will not strike us by the day nor the moon by the night for you keep and shade us. You preserve and protects our spirit, soul and body in our outgoing and incoming from all evil. You restore my strength on wings like eagles, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Laying of hands and anointing with oil by faithful elders avails much.
For the Lord’s anointing breaks the yoke of all fears, anxieties, heaviness and stress. Praying brings forth spiritual strength and faith to overcome all weaknesses and infirmities. It renews our minds and restores our soul with the word of God. Romans 12:2
Prayer: O Lord my God, when we cried to You in trouble, You saved them from our distress. You sent out Your word and healed us; You rescued us from the grave. Let us give thanks to the You for Your unfailing love and Your wonderful deeds for mankind. Let us sacrifice thank offerings and tell of Your works with songs of joy, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Many times our thoughts, hearings and emotions are not of the Lord and they need to be uprooted, pulled down, destroyed and overthrown by the Holy Spirit. Jeremiah 1:10 Then we are able to build and plant His Word like seeds to a new heart, which is His good soil that brings health and wellness to our spirit, soul, and body.
Prayer: O Lord my God, thank you for your mercy, grace and love for my soul. Fill me and lead me with your Holy Spirit. Sanctify my mind and heart with your peace which surpasses all knowledge and understanding. It is well for my soul, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Prayer and preaching open the eyes of our hearts, the ears of our soul, and expose us to the realm of Holy Spirit of liberty. 2 Corinthians 3:17 The Word of God shall not return to Him void, But it shall accomplish what He please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which He sent it. Isaiah 55:11 He is the God of miracles, signs and wonders.
Prayer: O Lord my God, for those who are hunger and thirst for your righteousness shall be filled. For you opposes the proud and lifts up the humble, healing the broken hearted, biding up their wounds. For in your presence, I am too blessed to be stressed, for you are my Lord my provider, healer and deliverer, in Jesus Name, Amen.

The voice of the Lord is the voice of healing, protection and restoration. He brings down strongholds and the weak shall say I am strong. v10 Faith comes from hearing, hearing the word of God in the realm of the Spirit in prayer and worship. Romans 10:17
Prayer: O Lord my God, bless us out from Zion and let us taste and see that the Lord is good. For if God is for us, what can be against us. You are the rock of our salvation and restorer of our dwellings. For by your stripes, I am healed, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Renew our minds with the goodness of God.
King David despite facing his own sins, strong enemies, difficult sicknesses and family betrayal, meditates on God’s testimonies with gratitude. He chose to put God first in his mind and heart, as his only source of help and refuge. The lord healed his broken heart and bind up his wounds. Psalm 147:3 The love of God breaks all chains and strongholds.
Prayer: O Lord my God, for where does my help come from? My help comes from You, the maker of the heavens and the earth, for You will not allow me to be moved or shaken. Forgive me of all my sins, sanctify me, heal me of all sickness and deliver me from all sadness, in Jesus Name, Amen.
You don’t need to be fearless to reach your goals, you just need to be willing. Willing to try, willing to learn, and willing to believe that you’re capable of more than you know. The road may not always be smooth, but growth rarely is. What matters most is that you keep going, keep learning, and keep believing in the version of yourself you’re becoming.
