Today’s Inspiration:

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”Hebrews 13:8 NIV

Jesus’s ministry of healing and transforming lives are working mightily ever since His death and resurrection, ascending to the mighty right hand of God. He said, very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. John 14:12 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. John 14:16-17

God’s divine gifting and calling are irrevocable. Romans 11:29 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines. 1 Corinthians 12:7-11 Above all produce fruit in the Spirit for it brings longevity in God’s ministry and produces salt and light to the world. We need both fruit and gifts of the Spirit to reveal the fullness of Christ’s glory unto Him.

Prayer: O Lord my God, let me not be a spectator but a contributor; not a consumer but a producer in your gifting and calling. Use me as your vessel and workmanship. For you are the potter, and I am the clay. Let my surrender and obedient be made evident to you. I believe your spirit and anointing is upon me and in me. Holy Spirit, guide me and teach me to mobilize in your anointing, in Jesus Name, Amen.
