Today’s Inspiration:

“And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”Mark 11:25 NIV

The greatest hindrance to prayer and breakthroughs spiritually is offence which causes unforgiveness, bitterness and resentment. Even for the leader of the disciples, Peter, asked Jesus how many times to forgive a person and the Lord replied seven times seventy times. Matthew 18:21-22 Unforgiveness bounds the offended but not the offender is the scheme of the enemy.

Forgiveness is a spiritual inner healing journey for everyone because it reflects the conditions of our hearts and attitude of our worship. Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift. Matthew 5:23-24 Without the grace of God, we will always struggle in forgiving. Forgiveness not only brings healing to our hearts, it also changes our character in Christlikeness. It releases new divine breakthroughs and reconciliation of relationship with God, self and others.

Prayer: O Lord my God, let I not judge or I be judged. Let I forgive as my sins are forgiven by your divine grace. Let all offences be broken at the Cross of Calvary and may the blood of Christ sanctify us spirit, soul, and body. May the words of my mouth and meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, in Jesus Name, Amen.
