Today’s Inspiration:
“And I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, ‘The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.”John 1:33 NIV
We all need the baptism of the Holy Spirit to lead a life divine encounters and empowerment of God. For baptism of water brings us into repentance by the minister but baptism of Holy Spirit brings transformation in God’s gifts and calling by Jesus Christ himself. 1 Corinthians 12:4-8
There is power in the promises of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the baptizer of the Holy Spirit, for He said,”If you [really] love Me, you will keep and obey My commandments.”And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), to be with you forever—”John 14:15-16 AMP When we are filled with the Holy Spirit, He works divine change and transformation in our spirit man into Christlikeness. He is the divine voice of our Abba Father, who gives us faith in hearing His Word and empowering us in activating God’s anointing in us for ministry in Kingdom work. Romans 10:17 He also changes our attitude, behavior and character.
Prayer: O Lord my God, baptize and fill me with your Holy Spirit and Fire. Ignite my soul for the preaching of gospel and passion for Christ. I believe that your anointing that is vested by the Holy Spirit upon me shall be activated and empowered to break all yokes of the enemy. Let there be transformation, healing, miracles, signs and wonders of life through prayers and movements for Christ, in Jesus Name, Amen.
