Today’s Inspiration:

“Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”II Corinthians 3:17 NKJV

Our flesh is always the main obstacle to a spirit filled and led life in Christ. Flesh is self dependent, self righteous and self religious. Flesh can never surrender, obey and change because it works against the Spirit of God in sinful and carnal nature. For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. Surrendering to God is key to the spiritual realm of healing.

For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:5-6 Our Lord says,”For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:8-11 Glory to God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, for without your Holy Spirit we can do nothing. I choose to surrender and yield to you completely. Set my mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For my flesh died at the Cross with Christ, and my life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is my life appears, then I also will appear with Him in glory. I choose to live not by might, nor by power but by the Spirit of God, in Jesus Name, Amen.
