Today’s Inspiration:

‬“Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.” Revelation‬ ‭21‬:‭5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Our God is not a duplicator, He is the creator and He has new things for us everyday, plans to prosper us and not to harm, to give us a hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 Most people are fearful of the New because the New requires us to step out of our comfort zone, break from our past mindset, humble ourselves, repent and change our attitude and behavior, to learn from the Word of God.

New calling, gifting and purposes is likened a new wine skin. When we embrace the Word of God, we encounter a freedom in our spirit from our flesh to do new things that God has prepared for us. We will realize every time when we submit to God’s word and the working of His Holy Spirit in us, we become a new creation in Christ. Our identity is no longer define by the past but what Christ has done for us at the Cross. We no longer focus on self-gratification but God’s glorification. The psalmist sings, “This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.” Psalms‬ ‭118‬:‭24‬ ‭What is He making New in you today?

Prayer: O Lord my God, let I not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead. Make me a new wine skin for your new wine, and to learn how to embrace the new things that you have for me heavenward. I believe you have fresh anointing for me in every season for your divine work in my life for the kingdom of God. Let there be newness and changes in my spirit daily for your glory, in Jesus Name, Amen.
