Today’s Inspiration:
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.” Proverbs 18:21 NKJV
We have to be spiritually careful of what we speak to ourselves for words can build or break our faith, health and wellness.
Strongholds and bondages are held personally or generationally by words. Exodus 20:5 Self blame, accusations and vows are detrimental. Only repentance, confession and renouncing them in the Lord’s name can one be liberated and healed. John 8:36 The blessing and word of God breaks curses in our lives.
Prayer: O Lord my God, I repent, confess and renounce all negative words or vows spoken to myself, to others or by others. I plead the precious blood of Jesus for the forgiveness of my sin, self and others. Break all strongholds at the Cross of Calvary, for by your stripes I am healed, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “In all their affliction He was afflicted, And the Angel of His Presence saved them; In His love and in His pity He redeemed them; And He bore them and carried them All the days of old.” Isaiah 63:9 NKJV There is power in the blood of Jesus for healing.
Pleading the blood of Jesus over our sins, infirmities and afflictions brings redemption to our spirit, soul, and body. Faith is the language of healing and deliverance. Our bodies responds divinely to the Holy Word of God on earth as it is in heaven. Jesus came so to we may have life abundantly. John 10:10
Prayer: O Lord my God, let the redeemed of the Lord say so that by your stripes I am healed. I believe your Word carries the power to bring healing to my body (name it) and there are life, renewal and restoration in your blood, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High.” Psalms 46:4 NKJV God’s word is likened a river of life which flows within us. John 4:14 Prayer leads us into the presence of God.
His divine word quenches the thirst and dryness of our souls. God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea. Psalms 46:1-2 Put our trust in Him. His rest brings for healing.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let me be still, and know that you are God; You will be exalted among the nations, You will be exalted in the earth! The Lord of hosts is with me; The God of Jacob is my refuge in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7 NIV Prayers, petitions and thanksgivings to God breaks fears, anxieties and stress.
When medical interventions are needed, one can experience fear, denial and become emotional. Emotions can cause double mindedness which hinders and delay treatment, healing and restoration. Prayer keeps our mind sound and clear to have faith in Christ to overcome with timely actions.
Prayer: O Lord my God, you have the plans to prosper my health just as my soul prospers, to give me hope and a future of wellness. For it’s not by might not by power but your Holy Spirit who gives me wisdom, strength and courage to be an overcomer in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “That person can pray to God and find favor with him, they will see God’s face and shout for joy; he will restore them to full well-being.” Job 33:26 NIV Those who trust in God will not be put to shame.
Prayer reveals the deepest thing in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. For God hears and heals the broken hearted, sick and heavily burdened, binding up our wounds and restoring our souls. Psalms 147:3 For out of our hearts shall flow living waters again in Christ, the fountain of eternal life.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let my flesh be renewed like a child’s; let them be restored as in the days of their youth. Sanctify my soul that the words of my mouth and meditation of my heart be pleasing unto you, for by your stripes I am healed, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23 NIV God has His blessings, healing and grace for us daily.
“The eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love, to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.” Psalms 33:18-19 Put our focus on Christ who renews our minds and restores our soul. He makes us as new wine skin for His new wine.
Prayer: O Lord my God, who is like you Lord? There is none like you. Your perfect love casts out all fears. You never leave us nor forsakes us. Your faithfulness reaches to the skies. Let your glory shine and bring forth your mercies, miracles and ministry daily that endures forever, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.” Isaiah 60:1 NIV As we wait upon the Lord, we shall renew our strength in prayer, worship and believing His Word. He is the light of the world.
The heart of praise is receiving the joy of the Lord. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. Colossians 3:16 Strength will rise as we sing unto the Lord.
Prayer: O Lord my God, For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light. You are the hope of glory, healer and countenance of my soul. We lift up our hands and our voice to rejoice in your word, ways and wonders in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Be exalted in your strength, Lord; we will sing and praise your might.” Psalms 21:13 NIV Praise is the language of health and worship is the language of wellness. Strongholds fall when we exalt the Lord.
Praise is a choice and not a feeling, it can happen during crisis, affliction and difficult moments in our walk with God. Praise breaks the shackles of all fear, anxiety and stress. Praise produces joy that draws from wells of salvation. Isaiah 12:3
Prayer: O Lord my God, you are my strength when I am weak and the treasure that I seek. My spirit shall praise you all the days of my life for you are good and your mercy endures forever. For by your stripes, I am healed, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.” Psalms 40:2 NIV God is merciful and just. His hand holds those who seek His face.
Meditate on the Lord’s mercy and grace. His love endures forever. For when we are weak, He is strong. A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice. Isaiah 42:3 Put our trust in Christ alone.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let my eyes be set on you alone, the lover of my soul. I give you full control over my spirit, soul and body. You are my healer, my strength and my hope of glory. Lift me up with thy tide of mercy and restore my soul with thy rivers of living waters, in Jesus Name, Amen.

The Lord is our Good Shepherd, we shall lack nothing. Psalm 23:1 He heals the sheep that hears His voice and protects them from harm. He calls, calms and comfort those who are in distress. Time of refreshing is always in His presence.
Prayer: O Lord my God, make me lie down on your green pastures and lead me beside your quiet still waters. You restores my soul. Heal me of all infirmities, sickness and diseases and cover me with your precious blood of grace and mercy, for I shall praise you all the days of my life in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “You who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise With healing in His wings; And you shall go out And grow fat like stall-fed calves.” Malachi 4:2 NKJV Healing comes from the liberation of the soul by the Holy Spirit.
Fear of the Lord brings repentance, a contrite heart and a renewed mind. This fear is not being afraid of a fearsome God but fearing from being distancing from our Abba Father God. He says, “Draw near to me and I shall draw near to you.” James 4:8 He shall restores our soul.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let your peace which surpasses all knowledge and understanding to guide my thoughts and my emotions in Christ Jesus. Lift me up with your strength and heal me by your wings of healing with your Spirit, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” Colossians 1:13-14 NIV Christ is revealed as the fullness and glory of God on earth as it is in heaven.
Jesus changes not and His promises, power and purposes endures forever. Hebrews 13:8 He draws us into His marvelous light and restores our soul in the forgiveness of our sins. His divine peace guards our mind and heart, for He loves us. Love of Christ covers a multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8
Prayer: O Lord my God, you are the same yesterday, today and forever and your healing word changes not. Lead me into your marvelous light and your sweet mercies that endures forever. For you heal the broken hearted, binding up their wounds in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all; he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken.” Psalms 34:19-20 NIV God is not watching our challenges; He works in our difficulties and infirmities.
When a person is unwell, he or she can easily procrastinate and shift their sight from the Holy scriptures to their personal problems. We need to remember that our Abba Heavenly Father God will never leave nor forsakes us. Deuteronomy 31:6 He gives us life abundantly and comfort us in times of needs with His Word and Holy Spirit.
Prayer: O Lord my God, for who the only begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ sets us free is free indeed. I find liberty praying in your Spirit, and if you are for me what can be against me. For by your stripes, I am healed, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God. 2 Corinthians 7:1 NIV The soul requires detox spiritually besides physically.
Our daily emotions affect our mental capability to be healthy. Healing comes from bearing the fruit of the Spirit, which keeps our mind and heart in Christ Jesus. Meditating on God’s Word helps us dwell in the knowledge, providence and grace of God instead of stress, fears and worries. Romans 12:2
Prayer: O Lord my God, sanctify me spirit, soul and body with your Word daily to be free from sin, sickness and sadness. For my strength is found in the joy of the Lord, my salvation, savior and supplier of divine grace, healing and miracles, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “The eternal God is your refuge and dwelling place, And underneath are the everlasting arms; He drove out the enemy from before you, And said, ‘Destroy! Deuteronomy 33:27 AMP Nothing is impossible for God.
God’s word in our Spirit and words is like a weapon which pulls down strongholds and breaks bondages of sicknesses. With a word, Jesus cast out unclean spirits and heals the sick. Matthew 8:16 All victories were won by faith following divine utterance of God’s voice with His promises and not the enemy’s with the problems.
Prayer: O Lord my God, may the words of my mouth and meditation of my heart be filled with the fullness of God’s grace. You fight all my battles and bring healing and health to my body. For by the wounds on your body, I am healed and it is well for my soul, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “For the Lord has redeemed Jacob, And ransomed him from the hand of one stronger than he.” Jeremiah 31:11 NKJV Nothing can be stronger than the Lord in the knowledge of God, for the redeemed of the Lord say so.
Jesus said, “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.”John 14:1 Unbelief, fear and doubts can hinder healing but the faith, hope and love of God removes them. Spiritual liberation comes from the knowledge of God, which renews our mind for the healing of our bodies.
Prayer: O Lord my God, I believe in your healing grace. Break every infirmities and afflictions which is stronger than me, for greater is Yeshua and His Holy Spirit in me. Deliver me from the fowler’s snare in your power and freedom, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Behold, I will bring it health and healing; I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth.” Jeremiah 33:6 NKJV God’s divine healing reveals the conditions of our hearts and roots of bondage.
Confession is not a weakness but truthfulness to God for the sanctification of our soul. Learning to trust God makes way for His miracles and blessings. Love covers multitudes of sins and forgiveness heals the inner man. For we shall know the truth, and the truth in Christ shall set us free. John 8:32
Prayer: O Lord my God, you came so that we can have life and life abundantly. For greater is you in me than any infirmities and you lift me up to the rock that is higher than me for my salvation and security. My heart is overwhelm by your presence, power and peace, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Discernment and taking heed of God’s word are healthy steps to restoration, especially avoiding unhealthy diet and breaking unhealthy lifestyle and behaviors. The fear of the Lord brings wisdom and health for self-control, discipline and emotional wellness. Take heed and harken his voice. Do not harden your hearts. Psalm 95:6
Prayer: O Lord my God, let the days of my life be following your voice for faith comes from hearing, hearing the voice of God. Let longevity and strength be thy children’s portion and may the temple of the Holy Spirit be blessed, in Jesus Name, Amen.

God’s Word cleanses and sanctifies our soul by the righteousness of Christ through His blood at the Cross, who saves us by His grace through faith. Eternal joy comes from repentance and Christ in us brings life to our spirit, soul, and body. 3 John 2 Healing is always the Lord’s portion for those who believe and turn to Him.
Prayer: O Lord my God, I cast all my cares upon you because I know you love me and gave your life for me. Give me thy waters of life that will never run dry and hope that never disappoints of your everlasting life and love for my soul. For by your stripes, I am healed in Jesus Name, Amen.

Today’s Inspiration: “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:1-2 NIV God’s Word brings life to our soul to prosper our body.
Sickness can bring much condemnation within the soul (mind) by self without hope. But Christ came so that our soul is saved, redeemed and have eternal life through the forgiveness of our sins in repentance and liberation of our spirit in the joy of the Lord, our hope of glory. Nehemiah 8:10 Healing is the bread of life from God.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let the redeemed of the Lord say so to tell the story of your healing and deliverance. You are the same yesterday, today and forever who redeems me from darkness and leads me into your marvelous light of your healing grace and mercy, in Jesus Name, Amen.
