Today’s Inspiration:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV

Good ideas might not be God’s idea, just like the tree of knowledge of good and evil which God has commanded both Eve and Adam not to partake. When we like to do things by what we like, feel or think and not seek God first and His Word, there are consequences. Hosea 4:6

Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones. Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine. My son, do not despise the Lord’s discipline, and do not resent his rebuke, because the Lord disciplines those he loves, as a father the son he delights in. Proverbs 3:7-12 God’s word gives us wisdom, favor and peace for corrective breakthroughs and inner transformation when we obey and seek His face. His revelation shall bring relevance in our reality. Praise God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, you are the one thing that I seek and the one word I desire that brings the one hope that I have in Christ Jesus. As I wait upon you, let your voice be my true north and your word be my compass. Let my tongue be used as your rudder, my vessel as your voyage and my sails be raised and directed by the wind of your Holy Spirit. Guard my heart and mind with your peace. Direct my steps with your word daily, in Jesus Name, Amen.
