Today’s Inspiration:

I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you.”Psalms 63:2-3 NIV

We all need the rest in the Lord, which is His Agápe love, His unconditional love for us. Many families are broken not because the lack of basic needs but truly lacking of love in the home. And our carnal love will never suffice, because what we truly need is the love of God, through Christ Jesus. John 3:16 Man’s love will fail us but God’s love will never fail, nor forsakes us. True rest for our soul care is His love, our Abba Father’s love.

Only the Agápe love of God can change, mould and transform us into His likeness. Today many people are broken because one searches for love at the wrong places and hurts deepens in desperation for self gratification. But the gospel love is totally different, supernatural and special because it always brings God glorification. God is the good father to all the fatherless and motherless. Psalm 27:10 He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 Jesus says,”Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”Matthew 11:28-30

Prayer: O Lord my God, you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. I know and I believe your unconditional love for me can never be shaken or taken away from me. I am a child of God and your beloved, whom You gave Christ for me at the Cross. All my days are set apart and ordained by your love, grace and favor. There is no one who loves me more than you and knows me better than you. Draw close to me as I draw close to you. You are my good father and your Spirit of love consumes me and leads me in thy wonderful rest, in Jesus Name, Amen.
