Today’s Inspiration: “Lift up your eyes around you and see; They all gather together, they come to you. Your sons will come from far away, And your daughters will be looked after at their side.” Isaiah‬ ‭60‬:‭4‬ ‭AMP‬‬ Prayer helps us to change our vision, thoughts and actions as we seek Christ not just outside of us but inside of us. Family tapestry and ministry can be complex like Jacob and Esau, Joseph and brothers, Cain and Abel, even David and his children. Yet Christ has called us as ambassadors for the ministry of reconciliation. 2 Corinthians 5:18

Just as Jesus who stands in the gap to reconcile us sinners to God by the Cross and His redemptive blood; He too can bring reconciliation in our homes and families. Pride, anger, stubbornness and jealousy are the strongholds that breaks marriages and parenting. The power of the Cross brings humility, unity and reconciliation through forgiveness and repentance in Christ Jesus. Before we can reconcile with family, children or spouse, we have to first reconcile with God. Only He can take away our hardened hearts and heal our wounds. Ezekiel 36:26 And He gives us a new one like Him. When pride is broken, peace is blessed and providence is released. It’s always the timeless divine principle of the scriptures.

Prayer: O Lord my God, break every stronghold of pride within me and let anger not have any foothold in my mind for the enemy. Let I not let the sun go down without making peace with you and love ones. I believe peacemakers are the children of God. Forgive my sins and bless me with your wisdom, knowledge and understanding to be led by Holy Spirit and not by the flesh, bearing new spiritual fruit in me for my loved ones and reconciliation for the family, in Jesus Name, Amen.
