Today’s Inspiration: “Cast down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,” II Corinthians 10:5 NKJV We can’t control our thoughts and emotions flow especially when we face difficult decisions or undergoing stressful circumstances according to psychologists but we can choose our deliberations and reactions to turn to God’s word and His spirit in prayer, petitions and thanksgiving in the Kingdom of God. Philippians 4:6-7
Apostle Paul taught us to walk by faith and not by sight, because it is faith that pleases God and one chooses God’s word over worries, in total trust, believe and obedience. 2 Corinthians 5:7 Praying with scripture and spirit guards your mind and your heart, because if the enemy, the flesh and the world can affect them, they can hinder your growth in the Spirit, your life and destiny God has for you. God did not create us to be robots controlled by Him but rather a free will that is willing to be led and filled by His Holy Spirit and Word. Only God’s divine word can pull down all strongholds, break bondages, destroy adversaries and uproot infirmities, to build and plant a healthy and faithful soul. Jeremiah 1:10
Prayer: O Lord my God, in your presence, every high things must come down, for you oppose the proud and lift up the humble. Let every thoughts and emotions that is not from you be uprooted and cast out all fears by your perfect love in us. Forgive our sins and cleanse us with your word that our minds are renewed with love, hope and faith in Christ Jesus. Sanctify us with your precious blood, and let our minds be renewed and healed by your grace and surest mercies daily, in Jesus Name, Amen.
